Facilitator Debrief Summaries
Facilitators fill out a 5-question Google Form after each session. Claude reads the responses weekly and generates a summary: trends across groups, mentees flagged for follow-up, and highlights for board or donor reporting.

Five questions, tops. How was attendance, what came up, who needs follow-up, any wins worth sharing, anything you need from staff.
2. Let Claude read the week
Once a week it reads every response and pulls out patterns across all the groups, not just one at a time.
3. Get one clean summary
Trends, a follow-up list, and a few reporting-ready highlights, dropped into a Doc you can forward.
