Quick win saves 2-3 hrs/week

Retention Alerts

When a mentee misses two consecutive J-Group sessions, Claude flags it and drafts a check-in message to their mentor. No more manually scanning attendance and hoping someone remembers to follow up.

What you'll need

A Google Sheet with attendance, Gmail, and a Claude scheduled task. No code, no budget, no developer.

The shape of it

1. Get attendance into a sheet

Use the QR check-in or one-tap checklist from the main guide so every session lands as a row in Google Sheets. The automation is only as good as the input.

2. Let Claude watch for the pattern

A scheduled task runs weekly, scans the sheet, and finds any mentee with two missed sessions in a row.

3. Draft the check-in

Claude drafts a warm, specific note to that mentee's mentor so a real human can reach out. You review and send.
