Claude Cowork Mode is the real deal

Claude Anthropic Workflow

Been using Claude's Cowork Mode to build this very site and manage my entire project roadmap. Here's what stands out:

The memory system is the killer feature. It knows my preferences across sessions. I don't have to re-explain my tech stack, my voice, or my project goals every time I start a new conversation. It just picks up where we left off.

It's like pair programming with someone who actually reads the docs. I describe what I want, it scaffolds the code, and we iterate. No Stack Overflow rabbit holes, no outdated tutorial videos. Just "here's what I need" and "here's how to build it."

Where it shines: project scaffolding, writing config files, debugging, and anything that involves reading documentation and applying it. It turned a "maybe I'll build a personal site someday" into a live site in one session.

Where it struggles: complex visual design decisions (it can write the CSS, but it can't "see" the result), and anything that requires subjective taste. That's still on you.

Bottom line: if you're a solo builder, this is the closest thing to having a technical co-founder who works for free and never gets tired.
