A meta project: building tools for the platform I build everything else on.
What it is: A Claude Cowork plugin that bundles the setup, memory, and workflow patterns I use daily into installable skills and commands. The idea is to take the stuff I keep re-explaining (folder structure, memory files, the way I like sessions to start) and package it so anyone can install it instead of copying instructions.
Why I'm building it: I spend a lot of time in Cowork. Every time I find a pattern that works, it should become reusable instead of living in my head. Building the workshop you work in is its own kind of fun.
Status: Active and evolving as I learn what's worth packaging versus what's just my personal preference.
