A meta project: building tools for the platform I build everything else on. It is finished, and the honest version of finished includes what I cut.

The skills: research, plan-project, and implement-project (the RPI trio), plus scenario-analysis for decisions with real money attached, ai-art-director for image work, and blog-from-project for turning finished work into writing. Six cards, installable, no setup beyond dropping them in.

The guide: four pages on this site covering Personal Preferences, connectors, plugins and skills, and voice. That is the order I would teach it in. Preferences first, because everything downstream gets better once Claude knows who you are.

The folder system underneath: four flat PARA folders and two files, CLAUDE.md and MEMORY.md. Metadata does the heavy lifting, wiki-links handle the relationships, folders just handle location. If you can't explain your AI workspace setup in under two minutes, it's probably costing you more than it's giving you.

The part I have to be honest about. I built most of this at peak AI frenzy, when packaging every pattern into a skill felt like the obvious move. I use the six skills constantly and I do not regret building them. I am much less excited than I was about spending a weekend building a skill when a well-written prompt does the same job. The destination was never a bigger toolkit. Somewhere in the middle of building the workshop I forgot that and had to be reminded by my own output.

Done. Not growing.
