The automations: Nine focused builds tuned for how Journeymen Triangle actually operates. Retention alerts when a mentee misses sessions, facilitator debrief summaries, a donor thank-you pipeline, mentor scheduling, mentee onboarding, ROPAW event planning, impact reports, and grant-writing assist.

Why it matters: The whole thing is built on one principle: AI gets better the more it knows about you and your work. Generic chatbot, generic answers. An AI that knows your org, your programs, and your voice gives you answers you can actually use.

Status: done. This was a one-shot build and it shipped. The guide is live, Jordan and the crew have it, and it does not need me to keep tending it. That is the best outcome for something built for someone else. Any small nonprofit can use it as-is.
